About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Ownership: Take full responsibility for all direct-to-consumer sales activities across Latin American markets; Marketing Coordination: Collaborate closely with marketing agencies to align sales campaigns and promotional activities that drive DTC growth; Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual Latin American countries, ensuring that each market’s unique dynamics are addressed; Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of DTC initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual Latin American countries, ensuring that each market’s unique dynamics are addressed;
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of DTC initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in DTC channels.
  • Familiarity with Latin American markets and consumer behavior.
  • Strong coordination skills to work with external marketing partners.
  • Ability to craft and execute sales strategies for multiple countries in the region;
  • Languages: Advanced English and Spanish mandatory.
